Access was Citizens Bank’s alternative to traditional banks and short-term promotional offers. We worked with them to create a new brand identity and tone of voice for launch.
We started with the logo, which was formed from a piece of the original Citizens Bank logo and points it in a new direction.
For the photography, we wanted the hands of the user to be the focal point, illustrating how Access provides control, security, and ease all in the palm of your hand.
For this lengthy engagement, we designed the marketing site, signup, self service platform, resources hub, and of course capped it all off with a digital guidelines book.
